Kristy is an expert in family law children’s matters and property disputes. Her nearly 20 years’ experience in family law allows her to successfully lead clients through the separation process with her ‘easy to understand’ communication methods and sophisticated strategies.
For clients, Kristy can break down the family law process into a clear path and create much needed clarity at a time when the way forward may be uncertain.
Kristy works with clients all over Australia and utilises the latest technology to provide a more convenient service. Kristy also works closely with the Wills and Estates Team and Property and Real Estate Team as often in family law matters, these areas of law overlap.
Kristy has completed her Masters in Family Law and is in the process of completing her Masters in Commercial Litigation.
Kristy has written two best-selling books on the Family Law process, one female-centric and the other male-centric with the underlying message that no-one wins in divorce.
